1. Pay attention to the liquid level display standard of the ultrasonic transducer: Due to the different capacity of the ultrasonic transducer cleaning tank, the requirements for the liquid level display are also different. The indicator light will not go off before using the ultrasonic vibration. Do not connect the power transformer when there is no liquid or when there is no liquid. The oscillator will be damaged.
2. Please pay attention to the types of cleaning agents for ultrasonic transducers: mineral water can be used for cleaning, but water and cleaning agents can also be used to eliminate the expected effect.
3. Pay attention to the high temperature value: Due to the built-in responsibility recognition function of the high-quality ultrasonic transducer, the mechanical equipment can be maintained, and the internal temperature of the oscillator will increase exponentially for a long time. The temperature detection system sends out a signal and immediately puts the machine into a standby state and puts it into a hibernation state.
4. Pay attention to cleaning the inner tank of the ultrasonic transducer: Under normal circumstances, the ultrasonic transducer should not be energized very frequently to avoid dirt in the inner tank during intermittent work. Please note that the inner tank may be corroded to avoid the harmful effects of corrosive cleaning agents on other cast iron parts.
