The ultrasonic welding machine is composed of mechanical devices, pneumatic transmission systems, control systems, ultrasonic systems and ultrasonic molds; the ultrasonic system has always been hailed as the heart of ultrasonic equipment by professionals in the industry.
The ultrasonic system consists of an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer. The function of the ultrasonic generator is to convert our mains electricity into 20/30/40KHZ high-frequency electric signals, and the converted high-frequency electric energy is again converted into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency through the ultrasonic transducer. Therefore, the ultrasonic welding machine uses the high-speed vibration of the ultrasonic system to generate heat to weld the welded product.
How to prevent damage to the ultrasonic welding machine?
1. Advance the ultrasonic vibration time (avoid contact vibration).
2. Reduce pressure and ultrasonic welding time (reduce strength standard).
3. Reduce the number of machine power stages or low-power machines.
4. Reduce the enlargement ratio of the ultrasonic mold.
5. Cushion rubber is cushioned at the force-bearing part of the bottom mold.
6. Avoid dangling or gaps between the bottom mold and the product.
7. HORN (upper mold) re-measure the frequency after escaping the hole.
