1. First check that the power supply and gas supply are normal. The first step is to disassemble the mold, and then check whether the ultrasonic welding machine has sound waves and whether the sound waves are normal.

2. If there is no sound wave, check whether the current pointer is oscillating. If the pointer oscillates, check whether the vibrator wire is loose or falling off.
