Q: What will happen if the frequency is not matched well?

A:After the ultrasonic transducer is connected to the horn and the die head, the resonance frequency of the system will become very sharp, that is, the bandwidth is very narrow, the mechanical quality factor is very large, and the frequency deviation will cause a large increase in impedance. Q:How to change the old transducer by a new one?

A:Remove the positive and negative external wires of the old transducer, remove the glue with external force and degumming solution, loosen the screws with a wrench, handle the contact surface, and install the new transducer in the above order.
