Working principle:
Ultrasonic plastic welding technology is used to convert high-frequency electric energy into mechanical vibration energy through an ultrasonic transducer, and then the mechanical vibration energy is changed by the strip device to transmit the amplitude to the welding head. When the welding head is close to the surface of the processed product, the ultrasonic wave is automatically generated, and the micro-amplitude high-frequency vibration is performed on the surface of the processed product, and the surface friction of the processed product is converted into heat, and the processed product is melted and then welded, because the spot welding is performed.
