working principle
Ultrasonic fabric cutting is cut by the high frequency vibration of ultrasonic waves. This oscillation is transmitted to the ultrasonic cutting knife and the fabric material to be cut. The high-frequency vibration of the ultrasonic cutting knife will heat the inside, fuse the area of the fabric material that needs to be cut, and cut it in time. In contrast to thermal cutting, ultrasonic uses mainly mechanical energy rather than thermal energy.

Generator

Transducer
The converter converts the electrical oscillations generated by the ultrasonic generator into mechanical sound waves. The conversion is performed by using a piezoelectric ceramic disk, which expands when a voltage is applied.
Horn
The horn is used to amplify or reduce the amplitude of the mechanical oscillation emitted by the transducer. It can mechanically adjust the linear vibration motion of the converter to the level required by the specific application to produce the best cutting performance. The horn also provides a safe, vibration-free position that can be clamped to the cutting tool.
Tool head
