1.Power can’t be set
A: When the sonochemical device starts running (the running indicator is always on), the bottom of the “real-time interface” displays “Running”. To ensure stable operation of the ultrasound system, the system does not allow adjustment of the set power in this state. If you need to adjust the power, you need to cancel the “Start” button until the “Run” indicator is off, and then enter the “Real-Time Interface” to adjust power.
2.Search frequency failure
A:The reasons of search frequency failure are as following:
(1)Poor contact between the transducer and the power aviation socket, please reconnect.
(2)The search frequency range of function seeting is too narrow to search resonant frequency. Please adjust the “Start Value” and “End Value” under the “Function Settings”interface.
(3)Please contact us if the overall vibrator characteristics change and cannot match the power supply.
(4)Please contact us if the ultrasonic generator has no output during the frequency search.
3. Over current alarm
A: The reason for the “overcurrent alarm” may be that the system load changes greatly, result in the output current of the sonochemical processing equipment to exceed the system setting current alarm parameter. At this time, it is recommended to turn off the drive power and restart the power; or contact us, to adjust the current alarm parameters under the“Function Settings”.
