During vibration tapping, the magnitude and direction of the cutting speed are periodically changed, the cutting time of the tool is short in each vibration cycle, the actual cutting speed is high, the chip deformation is small, and the friction coefficient is also greatly reduced. Therefore, the cutting force is reduced and the cutting torque is lowered during cutting.
