Description:
The working principle of ultrasonic penetration welding is as follows: when the ultrasonic acts on the thermoplastic contract surface, it will produce high-frequency vibration, energy transfer to the mold, and then to the ultrasonic welding material surface, high temperature material will be produced. The rapid melting of the plastic contact surface, coupled with the stress, makes it solidify, thus achieving the purpose of ultrasonic welding.
