During the ultrasonic welding process, the transducer converts high-frequency electrical signals into ultrasonic vibration signals. The high frequency vibration is transmitted to the metal surface to be welded through the welding tool head. The interface metal oxide film is under a certain pressure, and the ultrasonic vibration is severely rubbed. The metal at the interface is broken and clean. Under the combined action of friction and ultrasonic softening, plastic flow and diffusion are further generated, and the connection area gradually increases. The final form is a reliable connection.
