High reliability

In contrast to high-temperature cutting, ultrasonic energy is mainly used for mechanical rather than thermal energy, and the wear on the ultrasonic cutting blade is small.

Cotton and viscose fabrics can be cut on stenters and cylindrical fabric slitters at speeds of up to 10 m / min. When cutting non-thermoplastic materials, the edges of the fibers are fused when the fibers are processed or the fibers enter the ultrasonic working area.
