Steps For Installing An Ultrasonic Transducer:
1. Installation preparation
High-precision plastic welding machine manufacturers have indicated that all the ultrasonic vibrators to be installed are ready, and special glues, power lines, ultrasonic cleaning machines and the like that are used for bonding are placed together.
2. Pre-blasting treatment
The part where the ultrasonic vibrator is installed in the ultrasonic cleaning machine must be sandblasted to make the surface of the stainless steel plate rough, ensure that the ultrasonic vibrator and the surface of the steel plate can be tightly bonded, and the side of the ultrasonic vibrator that is in contact with the steel plate must also be sandblasted.
3. Cleaning after sandblasting
After the surface of the stainless steel plate and the ultrasonic vibrator is sandblasted, the dust on the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator can be wiped clean with a wooden alcohol solution, and then rinsed with an azetone solution.
4. Dry after washing
The ultrasonic vibrator, stainless steel plate, steel mesh, and rubber pad that have been cleaned are dried by hot air. When the surface temperature of all objects is lowered to normal temperature, the next bonding work can be performed.
