The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.
The principle of ultrasonic welding machine
1. Ultrasonic generator: The main function is to convert the power frequency 50HZ power into high-frequency high-voltage waves using electronic circuits.
2. Ultrasonic pneumatic part: The main role is to complete the pressure, pressure and other pressure work needs in the processing process.
3. Ultrasonic program control part: Control the whole machine's work flow, and achieve consistent processing results.
4. Transducer part: It converts the high-voltage wave generated by the generator into mechanical vibration, and transmits, amplifies, and reaches the machined surface.
