Professional Ultrasonic Sonochemistry for Herbal Extracts
Working Principle:
The ultrasonic power source converts the line voltage to high frequency 20 kHz power. This electrical energy is delivered to the probe where it is converted to mechanical energy. The vibration from the probe is coupled and reinforced by the tip of the titanium. The probe vibrates in the longitudinal direction and transmits this motion to the tip of the titanium immersed in the solution. The result of cavitation, in which tiny vapor bubbles are instantaneously formed and imploded, resulting in a powerful infinitesimal shock wave radiating from the entire solution near the radiating surface of the tip.
Advantages:
1.Ultrasonic horn with different size and type for selection
2.Matching with digital generator, auto-tuning, auto search frequency
3.With automatic alarm protection, easy to operate
4.Power adjustable from 1% to 99%
5. Amplitude stability, long working hours, radiation area is increased 2.5 times than traditional tools
6. Provide consulting services and custom reactor designs
Applications:
1.Food processing.
2.Reaction Acceleration – cavitation accelerates chemical and physical reactions.
3.Fine Particle
4.Dispersion – e.g. nanoparticle processing
5.Disruption and Cell Lysing – will break open biological tissues and
6.Cells to extract enzymes and DNA, prepare vaccines.
