Description:


This generator whole adopts transistors and has a function of fully automated frequency tracking, is of high reliability and little power expenditure, but firstly, the ultrasonic processing machine must be adjusted in resonance condition. Therefore, you must tune on it before first running.


Applications:


Ultrasonic generator main function is to generate high power and high frequency alternating current, drive the ultrasonic transducer.
Ultrasonic generator is applied to all kinds of ultrasonic equipment, mainly with ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic cutting, ultrasonic chemical equipment and ultrasonic welding equipment such as non-woven fabric.

Rough adjustment:

 

 

1) The horn should be at a no lade state.(the oscillator is at the air, pls don’t put it into the liquid)

 

2) The ultrasonic vibration system and the drive power cable is connected, tighten the air plug.

3) Open the small door on the front side, loosen butterfly nut, but must ensure that FM screw does not rotate.

4)  Make sure that before starting the external start switch and sonic run switch is off. Turn on the power switch, approximately 1 second and then turn off the power switch while pressing the operation switch immediately sonic observed ① ammeter pointer should be based on a faster rate rise, then fall at a slower rate of around 1A. ② can also hear a soft, single-frequency ultrasonic vibration of the sound, the sound is synchronized with the fall of the ammeter needle attenuation. ③ overload indicator is off. ④ tuning voltage table pointer does not move substantially, suggesting that coarse qualified, you can fine-tune to the next step.

5)  if ① ammeter pointer rapidly rising higher dash, down soon, or the sound ② ultrasonic vibration of very short duration, or different sound, or overload indicator light ③, ④ tuning voltage table pointer or a more big swing, then the ultrasonic vibration system and the drive power system is not matched.

6) FM screw rotation about 180 degrees left or right can be, repeat steps 4-5.

7) To observe the aforementioned four basic points, if after rotating screw FM about 180 degrees, matching state has improved, namely to move closer to a normal state, indicating the adjustment direction is right. Continue to maintain the same direction, and then rotate the screw FM about 180 degrees, and then repeat steps 4-5. Until coarse qualified, you can fine-tune to the next step.

8) if after about 180 degrees rotating screw FM state is not improved, or worse, then just adjust the direction is wrong. Please FM screw in the opposite direction of rotation of about 180 degrees, and then repeat step 7.
