Ultrasonic welding is an industrial technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for plastics, and especially for joining dissimilar materials. In ultrasonic welding, there are no connective bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind the materials together.
Q:Is ultrasonic harmful to heath?
A:No, ultrasonic frequencies between 20 and 35 kHz are not harmful to humans. Sometimes unpleasant whistling side noises will occur. Therefore machines in the lower frequency range often have sound insulation
Q:What is the difference between of Upside-down trumpet transducer and columnar type transducer ?
A:The upside-down trumpet transducer is mostly used for larger amplitude and bigger output power , high-sound intensity and high-power density application.
Q:How Do Piezoelectric Crystals Work In Generating Electricity?
A:Piezo crystals, special minerals with electromagnetic properties, can produce an electric field whenever they are mechanically deformed or subject to vibration, commonly known as piezoelectric effect. Besides, piezo cells have small, positively charged particles at their center. This small particle is forced to move and create a charge whenever force is exerted on the crystal. And, this electric field is able to produce voltage
Q:Will your transducer get adhesive failure?
A:Our transducer is a double-assurance process using cemented, screw-fastening, which does not occur under normal circumstances.
Q:What should i do if the transducer get sparked?
A:The transducer get sparked and the ceramic material cracks. It can be inspected with the naked eye and a megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, the individual damaged vibrator can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
