Ultrasonic seamless sewing machines are used in a wide range of applications, and almost all thermoplastics (ie softened after heating) can be used. The seamless sewing movement consists of a 35k ultrasonic longitudinal vibration transducer, a pitch horn, a disc-shaped horn, a second horn, and a dedicated drive power supply. Its working principle is that the ultrasonic drive power source converts the mains into 35k high-frequency high-voltage AC current and sends it to the ultrasonic transducer. An ultrasonic transducer is actually equivalent to an energy conversion device that converts input electrical energy into mechanical energy, ie, ultrasonic waves. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The frequency of the telescopic movement is equivalent to the frequency of the alternating current supplied by the driving power source, that is, 35k, and the displacement of the telescopic movement is about several micrometers. The function of the horn is to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system, and the second is to amplify the output amplitude of the transducer and transmit it to the welding head. On the one hand, the welding head further amplifies the amplitude and on the other hand converts the longitudinal stretching vibration into a radial stretching vibration. As long as the machine manufacturer is equipped with a frame, a pressure roller and an auxiliary structure and control components, it is a finished ultrasonic cutting sewing machine.
