Ultrasonic welding system

The ultrasonic welding system of the mask machine is composed of an ultrasonic generator (ultrasonic electric box), an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic welding head, and a flange. It is the core welding part of the mask machine. It is used for welding around the mask, the bridge of the nose, and welding ear wires. ; One-to-one, one-to-two fully automatic and semi-automatic mask machines are widely used.


The frequency usually used for non-woven fabric welding is 15KHz and 20KHz.


Ultrasonic generator, also known as ultrasonic power supply and ultrasonic electric box, is an electronic circuit device that can provide high-frequency current. It can generate ultrasonic vibration energy when combined with an ultrasonic transducer. The principle of the ultrasonic transducer is to use the inverse effect of piezoelectric ceramics and add appropriate high-frequency current to the transducer to produce mechanical vibrations of the same frequency. Ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic welding head constitute a complete set of ultrasonic vibration device.

The three components of the ultrasonic vibration device must reach resonance to be able to work normally. Improper installation and connection, improper resonance frequency, and improper adjustment will cause system abnormalities and damage the system in serious cases.


Installation Precautions

1. Wipe clean the contact surface between the welding head and the horn, apply a small amount of silicone oil or butter on the two end surfaces, screw the screw into the welding head and tighten it, and then connect the welding head with the special screw of the horn. And use a wrench to tighten, emphasizing that it must be tightened;

2. Before operation, be sure to do ultrasonic testing to make sure that the generator frequency is consistent with the mechanical resonance frequency of the transducer system. Especially after changing the welding head or changing the output amplitude, do not neglect.

3. Every time you start an external automation device (such as a mask machine), you cannot directly enter the automatic working mode. It is necessary to first check whether the ultrasonic frequency is normal. Only after the ultrasonic system is normal can the entire automation equipment enter the automatic continuous working mode;

4. When debugging the ultrasonic, the welding head should not be under pressure, and the pattern roller or other devices on the other side should be raised to avoid close contact. Make sure that the welding head is suspended.
