     When the ultrasonic welding machine is before welding products, sound wave detection is a very important and essential action. Acoustic detection is to achieve the best welding effect of welded products, or to discover problems in the ultrasonic welding machine in time to avoid losses in the welding process of products.

It is a device used to measure the frequency of ultrasonic molds. The indicator shown in the figure can be an oscilloscope or a digital voltmeter with a corresponding operating frequency.

    The measurement principle is simple: keeping the output of the signal generator constant at a specific frequency point, the displacement amplitude (or vibration speed) of the horn will reach the maximum value, which corresponds to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic mold. When measuring, the resonance frequencies of 2 and 4 should be selected, away from the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic mold.


    The most important thing for ultrasonic welding machine's sound wave detection is to adjust the resonance of the ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer system.

Sonic inspection process of ultrasonic welding machine:

1: First, before adjusting the resonance of the ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer system, the ultrasonic mold and auxiliary rod must be locked. When tuning, do not touch other objects with the ultrasonic mold.

2: Next turn on the power switch.

3: Press the sound test switch again, and then look at the load meter (if the ammeter pointer exceeds 30% or exceeds 2A, the time to press the sound test switch should be very short), adjust the tuning inductance, and then turn until the load meter indicates the minimum position, Usually between 5%-15% or 300MA-900MA.

4. The main body of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is equipped with a card slot, so the adjustment range of the tuning inductance is only 360 degrees. For example, if the frequency of the ultrasonic welding mold is slightly different from 20K or 15K, the lid of the ultrasonic welding machine must be opened. Remove and adjust the fixed position.
