Principle of ultrasonic cutting machine:

Traditional cutting machine:

Because the cutting knife is doing ultrasonic vibration, the friction resistance is very small, and the material to be cut is not easy to stick to the blade. Ultrasonic food cutting machine composition:

The ultrasonic cutting machine is composed of an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic horn, an ultrasonic cutting knife, and an ultrasonic generator.

Ultrasonic generator: Mains electricity is converted into high frequency and high voltage alternating current, which is output to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to energy conversion device, it can convert the input electric energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic. Only a small amount of force is required to achieve the purpose of cutting materials.

According to the ultrasonic cutting machine, the cutting method can be divided into: knife cutting machine and anvil cutting machine. The two cutting methods are suitable for different process conditions and cutting objects.

Ultrasonic cutter type cutting machine:

The ultrasonic energy is directly loaded on the cutter, and the cutter becomes a cutter with ultrasonic waves. When cutting the material, the material is mainly softened and melted by ultrasonic energy, and the cutting edge of the cutter only plays the role of cutting seam positioning, ultrasonic energy output, and separating the material. This cutting method is suitable for cutting thick, thick, and long materials that are inconvenient to set up cutting boards. Such as the raw rubber output from the rubber mixing machine, cutting pipes, cutting frozen meat, candy, chocolate, printed circuit boards, or hand-held cutting machines, etc.

Ultrasonic chopping board cutting machine:

The basic structure is similar to the ultrasonic cutter type cutting machine, the ultrasonic output part is not a cutting knife, but a standard ultrasonic plane mold. The mold is equivalent to an anvil that is vibrating ultrasonically. The cutting knife can still use the traditional, any shape, but the sharpness of the cutting edge is reduced, and the life of the cutting knife is greatly extended.
