Ultrasonic 35Khz Non Woven Bag Sealing Machine
Companies in the textile and personal care industries often manufacture ultrasonically welded products such as diapers and clothing. The ultrasonic welding tool operates on the principle of applying acoustic energy of an ultrasonic frequency range (ie, equal to or higher than 20 kHz) to the horn. The horn vibrates in response to the applied acoustic energy to further produce output acoustic energy. The output acoustic energy is applied to the material being joined (usually a thermoplastic) by positioning the horn near the component. The vibrational energy passes through the component and is converted to heat at the interface between the components.
