If the time is too long, the welding will be deformed, the slag will overflow, and sometimes it will appear in the non-welded part (thermal discoloration) . It is necessary to ensure that the welding surface absorbs enough heat to achieve a fully molten state to ensure that the molecules are fully diffused and merged. At the same time, sufficient cooling time must be ensured to achieve sufficient strength for the welding seam.
3. Melting amount
The heat melting time and heat power are coordinated and adjusted to achieve the proper melting volume, ensuring sufficient molecular fusion and eliminating the phenomenon of virtual welding.
