The principle of ultrasonic cutting is to convert 50/60hz current into electric energy of 20, 30 or 40kHz through ultrasonic generator. The converted high-frequency electrical energy is then converted again by transducers into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency, which are then transmitted to the cutting tool by an amplitude modulation device that changes the amplitude. The cutting knife transmits the vibration energy received to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut. In this area, the vibration energy is activated by the rubber molecular energy to open the molecular way to cut the rubber material.
Characteristics of ultrasonic tire rubber cutting:
1. High cutting precision, no deformation of glue
2. Good finish of cutting surface and good bonding performance
3. Easy to be used in automatic production
4. Fast speed, high efficiency and no pollution
5. Use a 20kHz cutting knife to cut the upper tread
6. Appropriate amplitude and feeding speed can improve cutting quality
7. The key factors that affect the cutting tool are the Angle, glue, shape and thickness of the knife
8. High power, more suitable for senior cars, racing car tread cutting
9. The cutting speed depends on the Angle and thickness of the rubber
10. The key factors that affect the cutting tool are the Angle, the glue, the shape and the thickness of the knife
11. Suitable for lining layer and side cutting of semi-steel tire, radial tire, etc
