1.Principle of ultrasonic cutting


The principle of ultrasonic cutting machine is completely different from that of traditional cutting. Is converted to mechanical vibrations of the same frequency, which are then transmitted to the cutting tool through an amplitude modulator device that alters the amplitude. 2. the basic structure and characteristics of ultrasonic cutting

The basic structure is ultrasonic transducer, lug rod, cutter (tool head), driving power. The ultrasonic drive power supply converts the mains electricity into high-frequency high-voltage ac current, which is transferred to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducers are actually equivalent to an energy conversion device, which can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic wave. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The frequency of the telescopic motion is equal to the frequency of the high frequency AC current supplied by the driving power. The function of the lug is to fix the whole ultrasonic vibration system and to amplify the output amplitude of the transducer. The cutter (tool head) on the one hand further amplifies the amplitude and focuses the ultrasonic wave. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, the part instantly softens and melts, and its strength drops greatly. At this point, as long as the application of a small cutting force, you can achieve the purpose of cutting materials. Similar to conventional cutting, the basic components required are the cutting knife and cutting board, and the ultrasonic cutting machine also has two basic structures.
