The common mask production in the market is divided into semi-automatic production and full-automatic production according to the degree of automation. Semi-automatic production generally uses separate equipment to process each part of the mask independently.
The difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic is that the fully automatic mask machine uses PLC, servo motor and other program control to complete the automated production. It can use raw materials to reach 3 to 6 layers (semi-automatic only 1 to 4 layers) and automatically complete the operation, including the production process.
