Ultrasonic welding machine consists of the following parts: generator, pneumatic part, program control part, transducer part. The main function of the generator is to convert the 50HZ power supply into high-voltage radio waves with high frequency, such as 20KHZ. The main function of the pneumatic part is to complete the pressure work needs such as pressurization and keeping pressure in the process of processing. The program control part controls the working process of the whole machine to achieve consistent processing effect. The transducer part converts the high voltage wave generated by the generator into mechanical vibration, after transmission, amplification, and reaches the machined surface.

Ultrasonic Spot Welding is mainly used in automotive interior parts. Ultrasonic spot welding in sound-proof cotton of engine cover, trunk and wheel casing, and hallstand felt. Ultrasonic Riveting Welding can be used in automobile air-conditioning outlet welding, car rear view mirror, car door handles, hand car door and so on.
What are the components of the oscillator?
1. Transducer: the function of transducer is to convert electrical signal into mechanical vibration signal heat riveting machine number. Booster: the horn is a metal column , through the design of the shape , the amplitude into which the transducer is transferred can be amplified to reach the required energy amplitude of the processed plastic part , which corresponds to the temperature of the heating , and the processing amplitude required by the ABS and AS plastics is about 20μm. The processing amplitude required for nylon and polypropylene is about 50μm.
3.Welding horn: the function of the welding head is to make specific plastic parts, which meet the requirements of plastic parts shape and processing scope.
Transducers, booster, welding horn are designed to work at half the wavelength of the ultrasonic frequency, so their size and shape must be specially designed; any changes may lead to changes in frequency and processing effects, so it is necessary to make them professionally. The size varies depending on the material used. Suitable for ultrasonic transducer, amplitude change rod and welding head materials: titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, alloy steel and so on. Because ultrasonic wave vibrates continuously at high frequency about 20kHz, the requirement of material is very high, which is not acceptable to ordinary materials.
