Description
Suitable materials for ultrasonic sealing and cutting include: 100% synthetic fibers, such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, some polyethylene, modified acrylic resin, vinyl compounds, carbamate compounds, thin films, coated paper, etc. It also includes synthetic fibers. The fiber is mixed with 35% to 50% of the synthetic fiber composition. Ultrasonic can cut and sew at the same time to prevent knitting or textile materials from going offline. It has a groove edge taper to avoid pilling. Applications include cutting, carpet accessories, clothing labels, curtains, cable materials and industrial ribbons.
